The Lin -ay sang Negros 2008 was a splendid activity appraised by spectator of the event at Panaad Stadium. Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City. The lovely contestants did their best in a 4-hour battle of wit and beauty.
As on witness of that said event, I was also amzed of the presentation eventhough my bet Chariza Sultan of Moises Padilla didn't take home the bacon of success which includes 100,000 in cash, an academic scholarship and a crown with pride and honor.
Ms. Hinigaran's beauty stood out and was declared as the Panaad Queen 2008 while Ms. Bacolod garnered the 3rd runner place.
